The home has always recorded the changes that society, the economy and culture impress upon our daily lives. In the last ten years we have seen a profound transformation in the way we live and this presents new challenges for designing the home of the future.
The Master in Interior Design "New Domestic Landscapes" contains two distinctive areas of activity: the first involves a series of seminars and theoretical and cultural validations with contemporary historians, journalists, anthropologists, sociologists and artists who will help to trace the boundaries of domestic living in a variety of international scenarios. The second involves a series of project workshops with interior designers, light designers and experts in innovative and ecological materials who will help students build new design project scenarios. Each project will be executed as a real-life simulation in which the master program partners’ technical experts and managers will involve the students and work together to create experimental design scenarios. Model-making and advanced design software laboratories will complement the workshops in order to optimize project presentation skills.

MASTER IN FASHION SPORTSWEAR DESIGN
This Master program is addressed to graduates and professionals from fashion and design fields who are interested in specializing in one of the areas with higher professional prospective. The Master program in Fashion Sportswear Design aims to explore the field of wearable technology in addition to the research and innovation that sports products are bringing to other business sectors. The program focuses on the design of smart clothing with the ability to offer enhanced performance, but is also seeks to redesign uninhibited motion, and body 'equipment', proposing more efficient technologies that fit in harmony with today's trends. Sportswear is becoming increasingly prominent in our lives, perhaps through less formal styles, but above all through advanced materials, biological fabrics and reactive-electric gels that are already part of products and clothing for athletes of sector specific categories, but are becoming progressively more important for everyday use. If the body continues to be the most important frontier and clothing is its closest extension, the association with sport is certainly an interesting market. The sportswear business appears to be guaranteed, not only in luxury goods, but also for the mass market.

NABA 2-YEAR MASTER OF ARTS (MA) PROGRAMS
Master of Arts in Visual Arts and Curatorial StudiesThe place of art in a society that is in transformation, as today, is defined according to a series of dynamic parameters through which it negotiates its status and operational conditions. The research that marks the role of the artist can be seen as a continuous production of space and time – that of the exhibition, of representation, of direct activities here and now – among all the possible social, individual, economic and political spaces and times. So it is possible to talk about plurality of areas and operational processes that must be conquered, imagined, or revealed when they are disguised in everyday and social life. As a consequence, there is a close relationship or even a overlapping between artistic and curatorial research: not only for a change in their respective roles, but for the continuous redefining of artistic space that sees both as active subjects of study.
The two-year MA program in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies is the only program in Italy and Europe with the objective of uniting a solid education in the field of visual arts production with a highly specialised curatorial program.

The two-year Master of Arts Program (MA) in Textile and New Materials Design encourages students to explore, get to know and experience the world of surfaces, textiles and new materials that are involved in the design and fashion creative, project and production processes. The scientific goals of the two-year MA Program consist in providing students with the knowledge of the elements and the experimentation of the available tools in textile and materials design: from the processing techniques, the manipulation tools and the design methodologies, to “Materials Libraries” containing the most advanced materials to textile laboratories and the more avant-garde experimentation laboratories. This Program aims to train professionals capable of exploring this cross-disciplinary area–design, fashion, materials engineering, chemistry, decoration, graphic design etc.–in an innovative and pro-active way and a generation of designers who will take up an increasingly important role in developing trans-disciplinary languages of creativity and design.

The new technologies, with the presence of user generated content and co-making of communication products, have changed the way of designing and communicating. Today, communication experts have to adopt a multi-disciplinary approach to the various activities they have to carry out in an increasingly “fluid” context whose disciplinary boundaries are loosing their definition.
The two-year Master of Arts Program (MA) in Communication Design has been conceived with the aim of combining a solid training in the field of marketing and integrated communication with a wide range of technical-expressive skills (graphic design, media design, environmental design) with a new perspective of maximum integration between expressive tools aimed at producing real communication outputs.
